To "know thyself" is the highest achievement anyone can aspire to. When we can know ourselves and others as "loving, peaceful, conscious awareness in the present moment", then we have true personal power that comes from within. When we are empowered from within we can make better choices about our lives and the lives of our families, including all of our Earth Family Friends: the two-, four-, and no-leggeds, the finned and tentacled, and our feathered friends. Every one of us has the power within to heal and transform all our lives and world! All we have to do is get quiet and go within, and uncover the real power we have inside if we only just look.
Greetings Beautiful Co-Creators! We share unique, inspirational, educational, and eclectic information that can assist others on their personal journey of awakening and transformation. This information comes from a wide variety of sources encompassing mind-body-spirit wellness. The general categories of articles on this website are: Affirmations, Health & Wellbeing, Metaphysical Studies, Recipes, Shamanism, and Women's Studies. The information overlaps of course because Body-Mind-Spirit are all connected. And of course these subjects fall into other categories like relationships, manifesting, abundance, quantum physics, alternate realities, spiritual studies, and many others.
RejuvAlive = Rejuvenate Your Aliveness
This site is designed to help rejuvenate and stimulate awareness and aliveness in all of us. We all are unique expressions of life, and each of us have different needs. To live an enlightened life, one must accept responsibility for the unique care of our bodies, minds and spirits in a holistic, balanced and integrated way. Body-Mind-Spirit are all connected. Our physical body is the temple for our Spirit, and our mind is the interface between our body and our Spirit. And through our Spirit, or Higher Self, we are connected to all of life. We can only feel as much Spirit and Life Force flowing through us as our physical body is healthy and strong. And our conscious mind is the interface guiding our thoughts and actions to hopefully make wise intuitive decisions regarding our body and our Spirit. As we broaden our perspective to life and get outside our box, we can experience ourselves in a much more holistic way, and hopefully experience the interconnectedness of our own body-mind-spirit, as well as our interconnectedness to all of life.
"The only constant in the universe is change." Change is always going on, outside of us, and inside of us. The most important focus is on ourselves. We can be a willing participant in our own change and growth by first examining our inner landscape, by giving attention to what we are thinking and how we are feeling. Then we ask questions of ourselves, like "who am I?" "what am I?" "what do I want?" "what do I believe?" "how do I feel about myself and others in my life?" "how can I change how I feel?" "how can I make changes in my life to be happier, more successful, and healthier?" "how can I make the best of my life situation?" "how can I bring more love and happiness to others?" etc.
What is offered here are tools to inspire, to help you shift your perspective, to help you gain more knowledge to use in your everyday life, and to help you, bit by bit, love yourself and others more, be more accepting, be less judgmental, and to be more open to the universal flow of life and source energy that is always there for you in your daily life.
We all are first and foremost Spiritual Beings manifested in physical form. We are focusers of energy. By the conscious use of our awareness and our attention, we can, step by step, begin to create our reality exactly the way we want it. By recognizing we are not just a body, but we are also mind, emotion and spirit, we can become more balanced. First by lovingly caring for our bodies in appropriate ways, then by becoming aware of our thoughts and actions, and how they make us feel. Through our emotional guidance system we get direct feedback into how we are feeling and the direction our life is going. We then can examine and correct our thinking process to have more positive, loving thoughts, which help us to feel better, and thus help us "course correct" and attract experiences that are more positive and amazing. And pretty soon, through the daily practice of making small changes within ourselves, we just keep feeling better and better, and our life keeps getting better and better!
A Quote from Abraham:
"See this world as a free world, and see everyone in it as trying—through their individual experiences—to find their way back to that calling, back to that Source Energy. And even though there are billions of them going about it in a way that is different than you would choose, there's no right or wrong way. In other words, bless them all, and get on with the only thing you have any power about, which is opening or closing your vortex to your natural state of Well-Being." --- Abraham (Esther Hicks)

Here are some suggestions or ways to help you gain greater awareness in your daily life:
First, begin with taking loving care of your physical body. Recognize the importance of its needs, and that no one can care for your body better than you. Without your physical body, you (your awareness, soul, or spirit) could not even be here. The physical body is an absolutely mind-boggling and amazingly miraculous creation that science is just beginning to understand. Through daily practices such as meditation, yoga, stretching, exercise, Tai Chi, and proper eating and nutrition, you will be amazed at how much better you will begin to feel, slowly, every day. It takes consistent practice though, so be patient with yourself. Changing old habits takes time. With self-love, diligence and determination, you can accomplish anything!
Become aware of your BREATH as often as you can in your daily life. Breathing is the foundation of life. All meditation practices begin by having you place your awareness on your breath. Practice breathing deeply and fully. Fill your chest cavity first, then breathe deeper into your abdominal cavity. Release your breath fully as well. Keep your awareness on the inhale and the exhale as often as you can throughout your day, no matter what your activity is. At the same time, become aware of your thoughts and try to quiet the mind. Allow yourself to just be here now, be in the moment. Release the past and future, and just focus on now. Placing your awareness on your whole body while you do the breathing exercises will help you to be present with yourself. (See the teachings of Eckhart Tolle.) Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Reinforce positive thinking by using positive affirmations that help you to feel better.
Use positive affirmations in your daily life, along with the breathing exercises above, to help you feel better everyday. Create your own affirmations. You can even record them in your own voice onto a tape or in a digital format and play them in your car, or while you sleep, or anywhere at anytime. Be creative. Make up your own affirmations that apply to a specific situation you are trying to change. The main purpose is to help yourself to feel better, and by feeling better, you become happier, and by being happier, you attract better experiences into your life!
Educate yourself on how to properly care for your body through good nutrition. Locate a Naturopathic Physician or a Holistic Health Practitioner in your area who can help you make the proper changes for long term health. All illness in the body happens because your body's ability to health itself, known as the immune system, has become compromised, usually due to long-term depletion of nutrients in the body. Reduce and eliminate the offending processed foods from your diet, and slowly work to replace them with whole, alive foods that your body can use. Be patient. It can take a long time for symptoms of sickness to manifest, and it can take equally as long to get well. As an example, cancer can take 20 years to develop in the body, so you have to give yourself years to get well. (See this post for educational articles).
Become more aware of the quality of food you put into your body. For the physical body to function properly, the organs, muscles, tissues, brain, etc. all require wholesome nutrients from the Earth on a daily basis, such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, enzymes, and electrolytes. If the food your body is getting does not contain these natural nutrients, that food will actually deplete these nutrients from your body. Most processed foods are totally devoid of quality nutrients. Eat fresh, quality fruits, vegetables, fats and proteins. Make a trip to your local health food store (see the post on Organic Food Companies) and you will find an abundance of alternative foods for better health (also see the post on Alkaline/Acid Foods).
Above all, be patient with yourself and your own awakening process. Stay as positive as you can, and don't allow others to sway you from your path. Find others who support your wellness and stay away from those who do not. Make choices that support you to feel good. Pay attention to how you feel when you are with someone or when you do a certain activity. Ask yourself, does this help me to feel good? If not, change it. It is your choice!
