Five Stages of Consciousness

The Five Stages of Consciousness:
  • Unconscious
  • Semi-conscious
  • Conscious
  • Released
  • Free
Unconscious is when patterns and habits run on "default." You do not see the connection between your life experience and your patterns and habits of thoughts and action, and how they are connected to your life experience.

Semi-conscious is when you start to see some connection between patterns and habits of thought and action, and begin to see that you are responsible for what you experience in your life.

Conscious is when you know you are responsible for what you are creating in your life as a result of your thought and action. Connections related to patterns of thought are often seen or reflected upon "after the fact."

Released is when you have foresight on how you create your life experience. You release the thought or pattern or resistance prior to the manifestation in your life experience.

Free is when resistance is no more and you are in acceptance and allowance to each moment.
